Hamburg Commercial Bank deploys a new electronic banking portal to process your payment transactions beginning Monday, May 9, 2022.

Important note for our EBICS customers:

To ensure your ability to work with payments, the following change in your EBICS (Electronic Banking Internet Communication Standard) financial software is mandatory on Monday, May 9, 2022:

Important notice for our existing FinTS customers (online banking):

To ensure your ability to work on the new electronic banking platform, the following steps are mandatory and available immediately:

  • If not already done: Please send us the attachment sent with letters from December 2021 and March 2022 listing future EBICS users. Please send this signed attachment as a scan to electronicbanking@hcob-bank.com.
  • If not already done: Please ensure that future EBICS users log on to the new platform using the start passwords sent to them and the access data sent separately. Registration is possible as of now.
  • Starting Monday, May 9, 2022, please download and confirm your new HCOB-EBICS bank key in the platform.
