HSH Nordbank aims to reach a settlement with former Management Board member Roth

Hamburg/Kiel, December 2, 2010 - The Supervisory Board of HSH Nordbank has decided to start talks with the former member of the Management Board Frank Roth with the aim of reaching a settlement between the parties.

In April 2009 Frank Roth was dismissed from his position as member of the HSH Nordbank Management Board with immediate effect by the Supervisory Board. The reason at the time was the concrete suspicion that Frank Roth had made strictly confidential internal strategy documents of HSH Nordbank accessible to third parties. Documents regarded as evidence at the time are today no longer regarded as incriminating.
