Supervisory Board discusses succession arrangements for the CEO

Hamburg/Kiel, December 2, 2010 - In recent weeks the Chairman of the HSH Nordbank Supervisory Board, Hilmar Kopper, has been looking closely into succession arrangements for the Bank’s CEO. As announced, he presented an interim report at today’s meeting of the Supervisory Board.

At an extraordinary meeting of the Supervisory Board on 15 December a decision is to be taken on the formalities for and date of Mr. Nonnenmacher’s departure and on the appointment of his successor. The aim is to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities.
