HSH Nordbank appoints two new senior executives

Patrick Miljes to become new Head of Management Board Corporates & Private Banking
Andrea Singer responsible as Head of "Market Management"

Hamburg/Kiel, December 16, 2011 - Two new management positions in realigned HSH Nordbank are being filled internally. Patrick Miljes to become new Head of Management Board Corporates & Private Banking and Andrea Singer responsible as Head of "Market Management"

Two new management positions in realigned HSH Nordbank are being filled internally. Patrick Miljes will take up his new position as Head of Management Board Corporates & Private Banking on 1 January 2012. He is currently responsible for the Energy & Infrastructure market units and will continue to fill this role until a successor has been found. As Head of Management Board his scope of activities will expand. The corporate clients, real estate and private banking sectors will, in future, also report to him.

Andrea Singer will in future head the "Market Management" unit of HSH Nordbank, which has been created from the merger of the "Sektor Support" and "Sales Support Market Regional" units. Until now, Ms. Singer has been responsible for the "Sektor Support" unit.
