HSH Nordbank extends solar portfolio in Italy

• Long-term finance for five solar farms in Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna

Hamburg/Kiel, June 21, 2012 - HSH Nordbank has structured long-term finance for five turnkey solar farms in northern Italy.

The Luca Menci I & II portfolios situated in Lombardy and Emilia-Romagna has a total nominal peak output of 10.5 megawatts. The finance for the Berlin-based investor White Owl Capital AG ("WOC") amounts to 32.5 million euros. The project was developed by Gehrlicher Solar AG, one of the largest German developers.

He added that the Bank hopes to continue its close collaboration with White Owl Capital in the future too.
