Head of Communications Peter Mentner leaves HSH Nordbank

Hamburg/Kiel, November 22, 2012 - Peter Mentner, Head of the Communications Business Unit of HSH Nordbank AG, has asked the Management Board to release him from his tasks.

The Management Board has acceded to this request. Peter Mentner has been released from his duties with immediate effect. The Management Board will decide shortly on his successor as Head of the Communications Business Unit.

Peter Mentner joined the Bank on 1 June 2011. His responsibilities most recently included the press and public relations areas, investor relations, internal communications, marketing, research, management board office and strategy.
