Oliver Gatzke to become Head of Group Finance & Financial Controlling at HSH Nordbank

Hamburg/Kiel, November 27, 2012 - Oliver Gatzke (44) will take charge of our Group Financial & Controlling unit on 1 January 2013. He will succeed Dr. Jan-Alexander Huber, who will be leaving HSH Nordbank at his own request to take on new challenges outside the Bank. In his new role Mr. Gatzke will be reporting to the CFO Stefan Ermisch.

Oliver Gatzke was previously a partner at the KPMG auditing and consulting company in Frankfurt, with a focus on financial services. In his various jobs with this worldwide company, Mr. Gatzke gathered extensive professional experience over the past 15 years, among other places in Chicago, London, Munich and Hamburg.

Oliver Gatzke also qualified as a banker at Deutsche Bank AG in Hamburg. At the same time as subsequently studying business administration at the University of Hamburg he continued to work for Deutsche Bank AG, in the private clients, mortgage and corporate clients businesses among others.
