Ulrik Lackschewitz has been Chief Risk Officer (CRO) since October 2015 and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hamburg Commercial Bank AG (HCOB) since April 1, 2024. Since December 2018, he was Deputy CEO at the predecessor institution HSH Nordbank AG and HCOB.

Prior to joining HSH Nordbank in 2015, Ulrik Lackschewitz was Group Head Financial and Risk Control at Nord/LB (since 2011) and reported directly to the Management Board. From 2010 to 2011, he was Chief Operating Officer of Macquarie Securities Group and Head of Risk Management at Sal. Oppenheim Jr. & Cie. (1998 to 2010), BFG Bank (1998) and Citibank (1994 to 1997).

Ulrik Lackschewitz holds a Master of Science in Business Studies and Economics from the University of Uppsala (1994). The Swede was born on July 11, 1968, and is married.

Marc Ziegner has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Hamburg Commercial Bank AG (HCOB) since October 2022 and Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since April 1, 2024. Previously, as Head of Bank Banksteering of HCOB, he was responsible for the overall bank planning process, and was Chairman of the Asset Liability Committee and the Investment Committee.

After graduating as a banker and successfully completing a degree in business administration, Marc Ziegner began his career in 2001 at the former Hamburgische Landesbank in the equity investments/equity research department and developed his professional biography at HCOB and its predecessor institutions. He held various positions of responsibility in the areas of bank management, finance and group controlling.

Marc Ziegner, who was born in Northern Germany, is married and has two children.

Christopher Brody is Hamburg Commercial Bank's Chief Investment Officer (CIO) since 1 July 2019. He is a US Citizen and was born 23 July 1968.

From 2012 to June 2019 Christopher Brody was President and Chief Investment Officer of a US family office and from 2008 to 2011, he held the position of Chief Investment Officer at the Austrian BAWAG P.S.K. Bank für Arbeit und Wirtschaft und Österreichische Postsparkasse Aktiengesellschaft. From 2001 to 2007, Christopher Brody was Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. Previous senior positions at Private Equity and Financial Institutions were with buyout firm TGV Partners in New York, NY and law firm Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobsen in New York, NY.

In May 1991 Christopher Brody earned a BA from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
